Invitation To Bid
(The Mississippi Forestry Commission will not accept
bids that do not contain a firm stated price without any reservation as
to price increase of any kind after date of contract. The Mississippi
Forestry Commission reserves the right to reject any/or all bids.)
The Mississippi Forestry Commission in its
offices at 301 North Lamar Street, Suite 300, Jackson, Mississippi
39201 will receive sealed bids, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July
9, 2009 and shortly thereafter, publicly
opened for the sale of one wood frame house in Wayne County,
Mississippi. All bids received after the 2:00 p.m. deadline will
be returned unopened. Please contact
Eric Hambrick for a copy of the bid packet. Please include you
name, company name, mailing address, phone number and the bid packet
that you are requesting.
